Case Management
STATOS supports the human services with an
integrated patient record, and provider ordering
and service tracking, that uses a community-wide scheduler to
coordinate and ensure proper utilization of all resources. STATOS
reduces routine tasks by as much as 40% and patient level
tracking alerts Case Manager's to missed apointments, incomplete
events and appointents.
Service Ordering and Tracking
Within STATOS all orders and
appointments are pre-authorized before they are scheduled.
All providers are immediately notified and kept up to date through
STATOS' custmomized provider portal. Ordering is based on combinations
of a client Care Plans, their diagnosis,
benefits and other custom defined criteria.
Community-Wide Scheduling
Every user's work
schedule, appointment availability, and service hours are established
in their personal or facility-based profiles. All activity is
based on availability in the master scheduling application. The
user's profile establishes privileges that enable them to self-book,
over-ride or request a double-booked appointment . Acceptance of
an event or appointment can be automatic or alert driven, requiring
single or multi-level authorization. Exceptions, cancellations
and no-shows are easily managed or rescheduled with participating
provider's schedules, that reflect every change immediately.
Reporting
STATOS' data is secured at the data element
level. User privileges define what can be edited, viewed
or reported. STATOS' report writer is both a discovery and
management tool. Reports can use one or more dimensions to compare
service utilization, financial, demographic, case load, referral
activity, client movement, expense by case, diagnosis, or employees
across the community or at the individual
level. Data can be easily exported to Excel for further analysis.
