COMMUNITY-BASED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD

STATOS improves the delivery of care in a community
by systematically capturing and coordinating results
to every provider.

STATOS provides each care provider with a workflow
that can be adapted to their internal operational needs.

CARE PLAN BASED SERVICE ORDERING

CASE MANAGEMENT

Field casework is time and resource intensive. The personal
demands on care workers are greater in the field than they
are for service and care provided in the controlled environment
of a hospital.
STATOS allows Supervisor to balance the workload of field
caseworkers under their supervision. The Supervisor is then
alerted to redistribute workloads in order to avoid “case worker burnout”.

STATOS enables the supervisor to respond immediately to changes
in a patient’s level of care, caseworker absenteeism and scheduling
conflicts.

TASK SCHEDULING

Scheduling is key to coordinating care and maximizing
resources within a healthcare network. STATOS’ scheduler
enables community supervisors the ability to view historical,
current or future activities by caseworker, facility or service,
and adjust the workload as needed.
Every provider’s schedule is automatically updated
and notification is sent through their selected
communication channel.

STATOS’ scheduling and service planner uses the
patient’s diagnosis and benefit plan to qualify every
service ensuring compliance with benefits and budgets.
Selected services can also be saved as templates
to speed reordering and reduce scheduling to minutes.
